About Us

Peot Tax Service was opened by Shirley Peot over 40 years ago.  Shirley had a reputation for providing exceptional service to her clients, for being knowledgeable and accurate, and for treating all customers with individual attention getting to know each and every client's needs.  

In 2013, daughter, Jamie, and son-in-law Casey, took ownership of the business.  Jamie and Casey strive to continue the positive reputation of Peot Tax Service in the community, and will continue to provide exceptional, personalized service to each client, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of tax law.

 We want to get to know our clients personally, so we can give the best tax advice and preparation as possible. We want to meet with each client every year to learn about changes in your life, and if those changes have any tax implications.

Each year we prepare for all tax law changes by studying Federal and Wisconsin tax law.  We are participants of the Annual Filing Season Program with the IRS, and pass IRS approved exams each year to ensure that we are knowledgeable about tax law changes.

 Your privacy, our professional ethics requirements, and our ability to provide quality tax preparation services are important to us.  

Peot Tax Service retains records relating to professional services provided to clients so that we may better assist clients with their professional needs. Additionally, records are retained in some circumstances to comply with professional guidelines and requirements. To protect your nonpublic personal information, Peot Tax Service maintains electronic, physical, and procedural safeguards in compliance with IRS professional standards.
